Some events (i.e., the financial crisis) allow companies to pursue change in a dimension that has been unthought-of before. More so, when such opportunities arise, the stakeholder support for such transformational change usually exceeds the level of support of normal Business Process Transformations.

| Aufgabenstellung | | The aim of this thesis is to examine the opportunities and/or events which allowed global companies to pursue successful and radical Business Process Transformation in the past.

| Voraussetzungen | | An interest and willingness in doing academic research - this includes conducting interviews.
This study is planned as a Masters Thesis. Highly interested candidates however, could also carry it out as a Bachelors Thesis. The thesis can be written in German or English.
